Van Aalst appoints Sander Castel as Houston Area Manager.

Van Aalst Marine & Offshore of the Netherlands has appointed Sander Castel as Area Manager in charge of their newly opened Houston office. Sander Castel is a Dutch Royal Navy trained marine engineer who worked with Wärtsilä Propulsion, before joining Van Aalst headquarters in the Netherlands in 2009.

Inventors of CargoMaxx, a multi-application tank system that revolutionized cargo efficiency of supply vessels, Van Aalst have now designed a modular solution of the same concept for below deck installation on offshore platforms.
