To connect the dry bulk system with the platform or shore this quotation includes stainless steel quick acting couplings. These quick acting couplings are standard used on board of offshore support vessels. Pipelines on board should be fitted with outside NPT treath. All couplings are delivered with closing caps. During sea voyage these couplings can be closed with steel caps.

Before the cap of the coupling is removed it should be checked if the line is under pressure  this can be checked with the blow off valve which are connected within hand reach distance of the coupling.
