Tank Cleaning Tool

The VAMO 2/2.5/5 ejector is a jet pump specially designed to clean out tanks on board offshore supply vessels, by means of vacuum. The ejector may be fed air from the accompanying compressor, or water from a large water pump already installed on board. Effectiveness of the ejector strongly depends on the length of the suction hose (the shorter, the better); therefore it should be located as close to the manhole as possible. A direct outlet connection close to a large diameter overboard line (to maintain minimum back pressure) is also essential to the performance.
