In this ongoing process it is very important that the workforce is capable to safely and efficiently monitor and maintain all floor equipment and tools to keep operation running smoothly and to quickly and efficiently act in case off blockages or other issues.

Cargomaxx Training Centre offers training that focuses at providing strong value at various levels to individuals in the front line.

Operation demands specific attention, and actions taken by each individual involve requires skills, knowledge and awareness. The better the personnel are trained, the bigger the chances of making the right decision on site. Aware of this vital role, the Training Centre trains teams to master all elements in every situation. Whether it relates to the normal operation of dry bulk discharge, a blockage in the line or a maintenance issue, or ‘made to measure’ realistic training scenarios with clients, van Aalst Marine & Offshore Training Centre has a training portfolio that covers all aspects.

The trainings center is located at the factory in The Netherlands and houses life size equipment to copy real time scenarios and situation of discharging offshore to high elevated platform.

Trainings are offered to personnel in different roles from:
