With production on a platform ongoing, safety is invaluable, time is money and knowledge is essential. In such a high stakes environment, the workforce has to be capable of safely and efficiently monitoring and maintaining all floor equipments and tools. That will keep operations running smoothly, while quick and efficient action may be taken in case of blockages or other issues.

At the CargoMaxx Training Centre, front line professionals of various levels learn to focus on the proper essentials of day-to-day operations. Attention, awareness and proper actions are trained in intense sessions and a realistic environment. The CargoMaxx Training Centre at the site of Van Aalst Marine & Offshore in the Netherlands houses life-size equipment to copy real time scenarios and a true situation of discharging offshore to a high, elevated platform. Teams will learn to master every possible event, whether it relates to normal operations or dry bulk discharge, blockage of the line or a maintenance issue. The facilities are also perfectly suited to go through 'made to measure', realistic training scenarios with clients' staff.
